In-person program! Shure to succeed in strengthening your online presence

T

he Communicators Club has procured one of Massachusetts’ reigning experts on growing your enterprise online for our in-person, season-ending event. The talk, titled “SEO 2023,” will take place from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 11 at The Mill 185 restaurant at 185 West Boylston St. in West Boylston.

Dan Shure, co-owner of Evolving SEO along with his wife Sarah, has helped noteworthy companies such as WGBH (Boston’s NPR and PBS outlets), ButcherBox, Harvard Business Review, Zappos, and other firms solve challenging SEO problems and grow traffic since 2007.

A buffet-style menu will be featured, including haddock, Fettuccine Alfredo, chicken piccata and a garden salad. The fee for the dinner — which also marks TCC’s Annual Meeting — is $35 in advance, and $40 at the door.

In his presentation, Dan will debunk common SEO myths and provide practical and easy to implement tips that anyone can use to immediately start improving their web rankings and attracting customers. By the end of the presentation, you’ll have a solid understanding of both the basics and the new SEO features, with actionable strategies to enhance your online visibility in 2023.

In addition to his business, Dan is also the host and producer of Experts on the Wire, a popular SEO podcast downloaded over 800,000 times. He has spoken at conferences such as Social Media Marketing World, Content Jam, Content Marketing World and SMX.

His articles and quotes have appeared in online publications Moz, The Next Web, Entrepreneurs on Fire, The New York Times, Search Engine Roundtable, and others.

Save the date for this Shure-to-be fruitful discussion. In the post-event Annual Meeting, we’ll begin to chart our 2023-24 priorities and lineup of presentations.

Please plan to attend Dan’s discussion, and help us wrap up another successful season of well-rounded speakers and engaging topics that make us all better at what we do.
